the age of 34, I was wearing size 20... and I dreaded the thought of going on ANOTHER DIET! I was in Weight Watchers in 7th grade, I've tried every diet imaginable... I weighed my food, I counted calories, I checked off boxes, I tried to live on frozen dinners, I failed miserably at jogging and jazzercise. Most of the diets worked; I would lose some weight, then gain it all back. I was tired of starving. I couldn't figure out how other people stayed thin! When my dad was in the hospital in 1996, I realized that I was at risk for obesity-related diseases, such as diabetes and stroke. I finally drew the line in the sand, and found the people who could teach me the RIGHT WAY to lose weight. I finally conquered the FAT CELL and learned the secret of permanent weight loss.
